After a period of reduced services due to the outbreak of Covid-19, we have moved quickly to introduce new policies and procedures. These new protocols have now been implemented to ensure social distancing rules are observed with increased levels of PPE to mitigate the risk of contracting Covid-19 to both our staff and customers.

Where we can continue to provide our normal services to customers, these new policies have implemented significant changes to our operating procedures. As a result of these changes all administration staff are now working remotely from home, all sales and field engineers will avoid all physical contact on site, keeping a minimum of 2 metres away from any person and no paperwork or documentation will be passed to customers on-site.

We hold the wellbeing of our customers and staff in the highest regard and will continue to keep abreast of the latest Government Guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety whilst trying to deliver the best possible service during these difficult times.

We would ask all customers who are expecting us to visit them to advise us prior to any visit if they, or anyone in their household, are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19.
